Shell and tube heat exchanger
Our Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers can be customised to meet customer requirements. They are available in a wide range of design variations, special materials and features to meet virtually any heat transfer requirements.
The heat exchangers materials are carefully selected to suit the medium flowing in them. The tubes are available in steel, copper, brass, stainless steel, aluminium brass or copper nickel. The shells are available in steel, stainless steel, aluminium and bronze.
The material for heat exchanger including Carbon steel, Stainless Steel 304/L, 316/L, Duplex S32205 and High Alloy with Copper, Monel, Hastelloy C276, Titanium and so on.
Features and Advantages for typical TEMA type:
BEM Type:
Good performance and Safety,Channel side is removable and easy cleaning on tubeside with high pressure water, but Shell side is welded to tubesheet, cannot opening and cleaning.
Price just a little higher than BEU type but cheaper than floating type.
Limited to absorb the thermal expansion until add expansion bellow on shell side.
BEU Type:
Good performance, Safety and Economy,Both tubeside and shell side is removable and partial cleaning on both side.
Tube bundle can be replaced if out of works and channel and shell still can use for new tube bundle.
Can absorb all of the thermal expansion without any addition components.
AES Type:
Good performance, Safety ,Both tubeside and shell side is removable and fully cleaning on both side with high pressure water.
Tube bundle can be replaced if out of works and channel and shell still can use for new tube bundle.
Can absorb all of the thermal expansion without any addition components. But the price is higher than BEM & BEU type.
